Solomon’s Pride is a very athletic, rideable and well-mannered stallion with a huge step and extremely workable energy. He was the highest scoring stallion at the AHHA final approvals at Pollyrich Farm in California in 2011. He scored 8’s and 9’s for his jumping technique, scope and willingness. The judges commented favorably on the breeding opportunity his pedigree represented for tightly bred Cor de la Bryere mares due to having only one cross himself. He also inherited the “hardiness” in soundness that the Sylvester line is known for and with a heavy show schedule in 2011 he demonstrated this wonderfully. His maternal line is Stamm 108 a, a highly successful motherline.
Solomon’s Pride was the 2005 International Jumper Futurity Western Regional Four Year Old Winner of Most Grand Prix Potential, Best Type, and Best Performance. To date, he has been a very consistent top finisher up through the 1.45m level and is on track for Grand Prix competition in 2012. His first crop of foals is due out in the spring of 2012.
